Remi Daems
Privacy policy
This page explains what personal data this website and my bookings handle, why, and what rights you have under the GDPR. Last updated 11 October 2026.
Who is responsible
Remi Daems, Oostende, Belgium, is the controller for the personal data described here. Questions or requests go to daems.remi@gmail.com.
What this website collects
This website has no contact forms, no analytics and no tracking or advertising cookies.
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
The fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.
Bookings and calls
When you book a call, Cal.com processes the name, email address and any notes you enter, so the meeting can be scheduled. Calls take place on Google Meet. Both services handle that data under their own privacy policies.
I use your booking details only to prepare for and hold the call, and to follow up on it.
If you email me, I use your email address and message only to reply and to follow up on your request.
Legal basis and retention
I process this data to take steps at your request before a possible agreement, and on the basis of my legitimate interest in running and securing this website. I keep booking details and emails only as long as needed for our conversation and, if we work together, for that collaboration and my legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Email daems.remi@gmail.com. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
